Royal Commission Health Services Program in Jubail (Wateen App)

Electronic services application for patients.

The Health Information Technology Department for Jubail and Yanbu is delighted to offer a free patient services application as part of the Smart Hospital project for users of smart devices. The Wateen application is available in both Arabic and English, providing beneficiaries with a wide range of electronic services, over 20 e-services, including:
<ul>
	<li>Access to the application and verification of the beneficiary's identity through integration with the unified national access (digital identity)</li>
	<li>Check-in times</li>
	<li>Access to internal hospital facilities and clinics via GPS</li>
	<li>Booking and reviewing appointments</li>
	<li>Viewing test results</li>
	<li>Navigating to locations and guidance</li>
	<li>Opening a medical file</li>
	<li>Reviewing and printing medical reports and sick leave</li>
	<li>Electronic payment for cash and insurance eligibilities</li>
	<li>Patients can also interact through the application by entering data on weight, height, blood pressure measurements, sugar levels, daily exercises, and assessments to be followed up with their doctor.</li>
</ul>

The app also offers several time-saving services that streamline processes for beneficiaries.
