Royal Commission Health Services Program in Jubail (Wateen App)

Electronic services application for patients.

The Health Information Technology Department for Jubail and Yanbu is delighted to offer a free patient services application as part of the Smart Hospital project for users of smart devices. The Wateen application is available in both Arabic and English, providing beneficiaries with a wide range of electronic services, over 20 e-services, including:

• Access to the application and verification of the beneficiary's identity through integration with the unified national access (digital identity)
• Check-in times
• Access to internal hospital facilities and clinics via GPS
• Booking and reviewing appointments
• Viewing test results
• Navigating to locations and guidance
• Opening a medical file
• Reviewing and printing medical reports and sick leave
• Electronic payment for cash and insurance eligibilities
• Patients can also interact through the application by entering data on weight, height, blood pressure measurements, sugar levels, daily exercises, and assessments to be followed up with their doctor.

The app also offers several time-saving services that streamline processes for beneficiaries.
